Your use of Signal Call is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), which serves as the primary agreement between you and Signal Call. These supplementary terms provide additional details specific to the Signal Call app. By downloading or using Signal Call, you agree to both the Apple Standard EULA and these supplementary terms.
Signal Call is a wireless pitch calling app for baseball and softball. The iOS app sends pitch calls and defensive plays over Bluetooth Low Energy to a compatible smartwatch worn by the catcher. The app requires a compatible smartwatch running Signal Call firmware to function.
Signal Call offers auto-renewable subscription plans for access to Pro features:
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Your subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Core pitch calling functionality — including sending pitch type and zone to a connected smartwatch — is available for free. Pro features including game management, custom plays, multi-device support, and pitcher roster management require an active subscription.
You agree to use Signal Call only for its intended purpose of calling pitches and plays during baseball and softball games and practices. You may not:
Signal Call communicates via Bluetooth Low Energy with a compatible smartwatch. Bluetooth range, reliability, and performance may vary depending on the environment and hardware. Signal Call is not responsible for missed or delayed signals caused by interference, distance, or hardware limitations.
Signal Call is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use of the app during games is at your own discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signal Call and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to game outcomes affected by signal delays or failures.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
