Signal Call is built privacy-first: the core pitch-calling experience works on your device, and we collect only what's needed to run the features you use. The data you create is stored on your device by default. Optional features — such as cloud sync across your devices and product analytics that help us improve the app — may collect or transmit data, as described below. The signalcall.app marketing website uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic; details are below.
We keep data collection to a minimum. Today, the core pitch-calling experience runs on your device and does not require an account. As we add optional features, the app may collect:
The app does not use advertising identifiers and does not sell your personal information. We will update this policy and the App Store privacy details before introducing any new data collection, and we'll make data-sharing features clear in the app.
The signalcall.app marketing website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate traffic — for example, how visitors discover the site, which pages they view, and how long they stay. Google Analytics may set cookies and process limited information such as a truncated IP address, device and browser type, and referring URL. This data is used only to improve the website and is not linked to any individual.
Website analytics apply only to visits to signalcall.app — they do not apply to use of the Signal Call iOS or Android app. You can opt out site-wide by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by enabling your browser's "Do Not Track" / tracking-prevention features.
The app data you create — game history, pitch logs, rosters, and settings — is stored on your device. If you enable optional cloud sync, a copy is also stored with our cloud provider so the same data is available on your other devices. We don't sell this data, and we share it only with service providers that help us run these features.
Signal Call uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to communicate between the iOS app and the Apple Watch. This communication is:
Signal Call Pro is available as an in-app subscription. Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not have access to your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the app — such as a cloud-sync or analytics provider — and only to the extent needed to deliver those features.
The Signal Call app integrates with Apple's StoreKit for subscription management. It does not include third-party advertising or ad-tracking SDKs. Optional features may rely on service providers — such as a cloud-sync or product-analytics provider — and we'll identify them here as they're added. The signalcall.app website uses Google Analytics 4, as described in the Website Analytics section above.
Signal Call is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app is suitable for all ages.
If we update this privacy policy, we will post the revised version on this page with an updated date, and we'll note material changes — such as new data collection — in the app where appropriate.
